Damn, every car or truck or toy I've ever owned has been black. But lately the white X5 has really been catching my eye.

So far I've taken off the xDrive35i door badges and im considering taking off the X5 badge but wanted to see how it would look. Thanks
I'm trying to debadge the sides which says, "SDRIVE35I" has anyone done it and can I see some photos of it? Also, how do I do it or should I take it to my dealer to do it for me?

There are a few methods you could choose, but the one that I have found might be the simplest requires:

Heat Gun or Hair Dryer - softens the adhesive on the back of the emblems. DON'T OVERHEAT!!!
Dental Floss or Fishing Line - to "saw" between the emblem and the paint.
3M Adhesive Remover - safe on your paint, spray on, rub remaining residue with microfiber cloth.
Polishing Compound - to correct any defects left behind from the removal.
Automotive Polish/Wax - Self explanatory.

Also, you can check YouTube out and search for vids on debadging to see how the process works from different folks before you attempt it yourself.

Here's an example:

I've used dental floss to debadge my car, as well. It's not a lengthy process, at all.

didn't even have to use a hair dryer to heat the adhesive. Just did it after the car sat in the sun for a little while during the first month of ownership.

I wish I know the melting point of plastic when I was trying to fill in the blank spot where the X5M sticker was supposed to go in on my side gills. They became warped.

And the video.... It's funny. The owner made his x5 worth $30k more.

I feel like I'm missing something here...you have a 35i, no line, but with trapezoidal 50i exhaust tips?

Correct. Ben put them in when he replaced the stock exhaust with one of his along with other couple things.
