My opinion on decals is this, if my car is sponsored or has a bunch of parts from a particular company then at meets/shows (summer time) the vehicle will get quarter window or rear decal space.

If it's for a particular rally or something it's whatever I understand.

But needless stickers all over the damn place because they were shipped in the box of a license plate frame you ordered :

Here is the only decal that I have on my X5 and on my other Beamers. Below also the same decal on my E90 (same size). Its says "Bayerische Motoren Werke AG" (BMW ).

Sorry the weather is not great here right now (little dirty cars haha).

I bought these from a guy in China (eBay). When I bought my X5 here recently I went trough my purchase history (I knew about when I bought the one for my 2011) and reordered from the same guy...delivery is about 2 weeks from purchase date.

I have the BMW CCA window cling on my driver's side rear window, but you can't really see it since the window is quite dark.

Nothing wrong with trying to create a personalized look on our cookie cutter cars with stickers or decals.

Decals can be quite nice, all tough it has to be the right touch...a lot of "Sticker" can make it look cheap or just trashy where I would have to agree with you stewy604 such stickers belong on tool boxes in the garage .

i don't think you're going to find too many teenagers in this forum so the amount of sticker installing drivers/owners will be limited if any.
