F15&F16 old cars already? faceligt recommendation?

I don't know what you guys think. I am driving the E71 X6 and thinking to buy the new F16 X6. I love the interior quality which is superb. I would only buy ith with Merino or Nappa leather. The dakota is just boring but long lasting. But now seeing the G11 and G30 coming out soon the current X6 is the last F series again out there. If I compare the navigation unit with Audi or even Volvo new XC90 flagship my new X6 lwill already look old in 1-2 years!
The F15 facelift really need some improvement. New headlight, new tailgate, new nvaigation unit just to start with! Even the new design of the F16 is just so boring, the back looks out of proportion! Even the new X1 looks better from the back!

Generally, LCI changes don't cut that deep. Maybe a tailgate redesign, but only a cosmetic one.

I agree the F16 is a slight miss. The E7X version had this tough linebacker aggressive thing going on, a certain presence gone from the F16.

Garage List
I predict:
1) new headlights and tail light graphic with the curvier designs of the latest models
2) new engines (the new 3l one from 340i).
3) new nav with gesture control (and maybe applecar!)
4) (maybe) better steering feel and xdrive (there is always lessons learnt from X5/6 M cars).

and thats it...and it will come no earlier than 2017. not worth a wait....
