Looks like that rim makes it convex or the appearance of convex.

Not sure if that'll look good on an X5...

Why don’t you talk to one of the vendors on here. There are many great vendors that know the vehicle inside and out and can get you the perfect rim for your needs.

Don't our cars take a lower offset in the rear?

That's what I thought. Wheels in OP are 40. You'd need a fat spacer. The seller shouldn't be selling these to X5 owners.

Stock offset for 21 inch rims are 10Jx21 ET40 and 11.5Jx21 ET38
Those rims OP posted will fit without spacers

That been said spacers are a must (just my opinion) for x5 to look aggressive unless you like stock look of course or unless you have a really wide rim with 335mm tires to look aggressive without spacers. I have 315 rear and I didn't like it until I got 20mm spacers. All just my opinion

P.S. x5 and x5m have exactly same specs wheel fitment wise

Also, here's a good custom offset calculator https://www.wheel-size.com/calc/?whe...cl=50mm&sr=0mm and OEM wheel specs https://www.wheel-size.com/size/bmw/x5/2015/
