K Line's 'Georgia Highway' left Charleston port on the 22nd at 06:54 so you might be lucky and be on the same boat as me! If not it will be the 'Fremantle Highway' which leaves around the end of the month. I'm not sure if you've seen the latest K Line shipping schedule so I've attached it for your reference.

What is your order status / date (from your dealer)? is it status 9000 - departed plant?

Mine still says 9000 even though it's on the ship! BMW's status data seems a bit unreliable / delayed by a few days. Do you have a date that your X5 entered status 9000? (Mine was 13/6/2014 - the day after production)

no, i don't have a date. i did try searching using the VIN number but it didn't find it on the site.

It will be K Line who bring it to the UK so you should only have 3 weeks or so to wait max! It seems that the cars are arriving here (generally) sooner than expected. Mine was originally due at the end of July / 1st week of August and is now second week of July.

Finally, I got a message from the BMW Dealer about my order. The vehicle will be as follow: Ordered my vehicle on June 3 with the tentative delivery date on the second week of October for my wife B-day... I hope the factory and dealer make this happen to get that surprise to her...

I would think pretty much definitely yes but it all depends if your dealer has any 2014 slots left to fill as they will want to fill them first.

I went in and talked with my adviser today and spec'd a 2015 ... they had one 2014 allocation spot remaining to be built. Placing my order by the end of the week ... just deciding on interior color and trim. I was told likely August / Sept. build and would be in their first allocation. Getting pumped!

My 40D SE is sat at Southampton along with CatFlap's and worsy's.

Mine isn't shipping out until Thursday so hopefully will be at the dealers Friday morning so I can get it Friday afternoon, if not the it won't be until Wednesday of the following week that I can get my hands on it as I am away Monday & Tuesday.

Well I suppose I have waited nearly 5 months so far so another week can't be that bad.

Don't be surprised if they refuse to discuss details with you though, I don't think they're supposed to enter into dialogue with 'end users / customers'! Good luck.

And my sales guy is away till next Thurs so Friday is the earliest date I can collect. Am going to get it on the Saturday as I have a 5 hour round trip and dont want to waste a day's leave sitting on the motorway
