612m rim question

I have someone selling 4 21” 612m wheels but one is bent. I called a shop and they said they would need to spin it ( I think thats what they said) to check if it’s fixable. My question is, would it be safe after they fix it to drive on? A few scuffs but expected with used wheels. Comes with snow tires, tpms, and no center caps.

You can't tell until it is checked first. If it is not safe to drive the shop will not fix it for you.
