F15 BMW X5 Hybrid battery problems.

Hi .I have a 2017 BMW x5 40E 52k miles
At last May I had 49k miles. My hybrid battery was dying and air conditioning performed poorly.
I started to diagnose with Ista and got the fault of replacing the battery cell module.
Ista shows the current battery health is 64%
I send to the dealer and after waiting 4 month they finally replaced it.
In the invoice I saw that 2 modules had been replaced and the dealer told me that car according to specs.
I recently started to experience that when I drive and battery shows that 50% max drive is not available even though I was driving on ev only
I started to troubleshoot the battery again and battery shows me 67% .
Also I have pictures with Ista diagnostics I can upload as well if necessary.

I am looking for any suggestions on what to do.
Go to the dealer and check the system again?
Change AUX battery ?
What do you guys think?

How old is your aux battery? If it's the original, it's done and should be replaced. 4-6 years at best for the aux on the 40e. When I've heard of the cells going bad, it's usually #5 and #6 (I think those are the ones) and since it's still under the 8 year, 80k warranty, I'd take it back to the dealer if replacing the aux doesn't fix it.

How do you get the battery health through ISTA? I need to check that on mine.

Oh wow, sorry, I just saw this. yeah, this is under 70%. I hope you took it in to the dealership. If you're in the USA (looks like you're in NJ), the warranty is 80k miles or 8 years, whichever comes first. And it looks like you're under that. If the dealer is giving you a headache over this, try a different dealer. There's no way that this should be at that low of a percentage after 2 cells have been replaced unless it's entirely failing (which I've yet to hear).

Went to dealer in March and they replace one of the module . And it was showing 72%. Today is June 27 and I check the battery again it's shows 65% which is bellow 70% threshold.
so I am planning to go to dealer again. I will go maybe after summer.

How many miles on your car? What dealership are you dealing with?
