Address book does not work

2015 f15 x5 35d

Have a strange issue. Everything that has to do with contacts does not work. Office->Contacts gets stuck on “updating contacts”.

How long have you had the vehicle? If new, it may take a while to load if you have a lot of contacts. Also, make sure that your phone is connected for both media and telephony.
