Finally got my diesel m sport dialed in with the h and r springs and lowering rear air bag links. And my 22's powder coated. Rides really great. I do have the m adaptive suspension or whatever it is called So I can adjust the dampening and ride harshness between sport and comfort.

@Ggluck3 , nice!!! Why it looks much lower than my car when it was dropped?? Maybe the picture angle.

after seeing your info, i see you have msport...well in that case the other two options, and possibly the 50i, or just the way you drive.. i happen to drive aggressively and as if im always on a track.( with safe distances from pedestrians and civilians) with the 50i, and AWD. this thing boogies and after lowering the car, Harshness increased, and so did the fun factor... this vehicle is railed in the corners and freight train in the straights. in stock form, best performing SUV sub 100k

Cool, need spacers in the rear now to give it the aggressive stance

I'm in between... I wouldn't want to lower it so much that it looks like a station wagon, but I understand in order to achieve some handling characteristics its a must.. but by that token why not get a non SUV vehicle

I might consider because my wife complains it is hared to get in. She is handicapped and walks with a cane. I like the ride height myself - handling is much better than I hoped for in an SAV

This is a slammed look. There are other more subtle drops available.

That will help your wife while maintaining a good ride quality.

The ride is not harsh at all, it rides great and honestly looks a bit lower in the photos than it really is. Handles amazing and I love the x5 it can hang with most sports cars. And some asked why lower an suv? Why not get a car. Well, because I can put a motorcycle on my hitch and my two 200 pound mastiffs inside! No need for a car when I have a bad ass suv

Sorry man, not a fan at all...way too low for an SUV/SAV in my opinion. As Ben mentioned, the ACS option is great, that's what I went with. Definitely a more conservative option. That said, to each their own...if you like the look, that's all that matters.
