Extended Maintenance Contract
Anybody know if you can negotiate a better price for the extended maintenance contracts? I'm planning on keeping my F15 for years so I know its a good value from my experience with my late 2004 X5 (RIP). I thought I saw a thread from a member who offered them at cost. Thanx

Everything is negotiable, especially when it comes to service based items. Much easier to negotiate at the time of car purchase, but not impossible after the fact. I negotiated an extended warranty contract with the dealer on my XC90 a month before the factory warranty expired. I used online quotes from third party vendors as leverage and the dealer matched it.

From my experience, these were flat priced items...although, you never know.
