When I bought my CPO X5, I took the wheels off to inspect them. The wheels had stamps "BMW Mold", "Made in China", as well as a BMW part number. I became suspicious, because I wasn't aware that BMW makes wheels in China....I was told by the dealership, as well as other dealerships, that as long as it is stamped with a BMW part number, that's what makes the determination between OEM and a rep, which will not have the part number.
I see the BMW part number in your picture, so it would seem to be OEM. I know there's ways to see if it's OEM based on weight or other factors...nothing against reps, but if you're paying for OEM, the stamp is all I'm aware of. |
