Bimmertech PP86DSP amp tune

Does anyone have a tune for the bimmertech amp that they'd be willing to share? (F15 OEM HiFi)

I am no expert on this stuff but, to me, the stock tune lacks the punch of the bass and sounds high on the treble. Better than stock amp buy missing something ...

I emailed audio Fischer and they said that they have a tune for the UP7BMW ... if you pm me your email address I'll forward the email from them and you can try to get the file from them.

The bimmertech amp/dsp is a very good piece. What is your goal and budget?

Bimmertech just sent me their tune for the OEM Hifi. I had their tune for the Bavsound previously which was better than the sound from the stock amp but was a bit "off" to me. Anyhow, the hifi tune from Bimmertech is a huge improvement. Bimmertech support has been outstanding also.

The tune is a good start. Everyone ears different frequencies. You can adjust it to better suit your liking.

+1 !! The supplied tune should be considered as nothing more than a point of departure. Install the Fischer software on your laptop, get a 10' USB cable, a USB stick with some high quality FLAC or MP3 renditions of some of your favorite music, and have at it.

It's totally worth the effort....

I had forwarded him a contact to get the tune for his 7UPBMW amp for, presumably, the X5

I emailed Audiotec and a guy named Doug said to use the SUV tune off their website. If there is one for the x5 I'd like to find it. He said BMW SUVs are all close enough in size it should't matter. I got my 7BMW last night. Going to set it up today.
