Wheel Spacers Available?
Hello guys. Anyone know what the center bore of our hub is front and rear? I can't find anyone carrying wheel spacers for the F85. The front and rear need to stick out 12-15mm to look better.

Thank you so much. So they're exactly the same as the F15.
Last gen X5 has different bore front compared to rear. Pretty goofy.

has anyone added spacers to the stock wheels yet? Just eyeing it, I was thinking a 10 in front, and a 15 in the rear, but would I searched and couldn't really find any pictures.

My set of BC Forged is essentially 10-12mm more aggressive than stock. It's perfect.

Jnsol, I agree, love the look of your wheels' offset. I think I may try 12 front, 15 rear. |

Do check the hub height before you install the spacer.
Based on my test on the F15/F16 xDrives, the 15mm is not deep enough to clear the hub. So 10mm or 12mm for sure will not fit.

The rear clears on 15mm. I don't think 12mm will clear.

ok thanks guys...so it sounds like if I do h&r spacers like I normally do, my choices are 15 square or 15 front, 20 rear. im worried 15s all around may not look staggered enough b/c the rear wheels seem so sunken in on my stock 20" wheels, but might be worth starting there as a 20mm sure seems aggressive compared to the widths I normally use on vehicles.
thanks rm

Why don't you take off the wheel and measure the hub length first.
I don't think the F85/F86 is much different than the F15/F16. It is sharing most of its component. Quote:
But, as I have tested, the 15mm is not deep enough to have the spacer to sit properly on the hub. The width and offset on the F85 X5M wheels is similar to the F15 X5 wheels. Today I will be testing 5/15mm and 5/20mm combo on F15 X5. I will post the result here and F15 forums by the end of today, IF the customer shows up.

Here is the link of spacers that I've done on my sDrive35i.
The rear is 20mm. http://f15.bimmerpost.com/forums/sho....php?t=1189485

12.5mm spacers fit. ecs tuning caries them.
running them in the rear and had them on the front before with 20mm rears and 22's with 12.5mm rears only

I bought a set of 15mm all around and the rear fit fine. But the front didn't. The bore cleared, but the front flange is larger than the rear and the spacer would not seat against the hub.
Looks like ECS also makes 15mm 74.1mm spacers. Will these clear the flange and seat on the hub? |

The ECS 15mm spacers did not clear the flange. It looks like your would need 18mm to clear the front wheel hub and seat flat.
The spacer would need to be milled another 2-3mm or someone needs to make a spacer that does not taper in the bore. |
