@TrojanLaw, let me know what prices they give you for the heated steering wheel. Actually here's a list of prices for the heated steering wheel in order of increasing price:

I believe this is for the steering wheel only. Your airbag can be used on these steering wheels since it is the same US sport airbag. I just took off my steering wheel and I have the cold weather package. I can sell you my sport steering wheel if you like. You have my number. We can discuss this over our coding session if you like. I have kept it in mint condition since I am the only one who drives my vehicle. Hope this helps.

Here's as picture of mine as it was taken off last week (now sitting in bubble wrap) in the same box my CF steering wheel came in:

Proof that I have the cold weather package :

Omar please, could you help me?

what the unit/s you code ?

Thanks in advance for the help

So you need to have heated steering wheel first - plenty of them on ebay for about $1k+ and this is a good time to convert to m-sport steering wheel if you don't have it. After you have that you'll need a physical switch/button with control module that plugs on left side of steering column (it;s visible on the picture above your post) - where you have steering telescoping/tilt joystick. Part number comes up if you do a search. Some also say coding will be needed, but that's not hard to do using remote session with any coder who works on BMW.
So all in you are looking at $1.5k at least and some time spent chasing down all needed parts and installing it.
Steering swap is easy. If you'll decide to sell your steering wheel to recuperate some cost - let me know if it's m-sport - I might buy one.

While not necessarily apples to apples, I did this retrofit on my 18 M-Sport. It should at least give you a starting point.

Heated Steering wheels

I was able to order the heater switch and my current wheel has a part number of 32306877855. I'm assuming that this is wheels is the one without heat so I need 32306877856 I think. I also came across some posts that said that all they needed was the parts and it work without coding but then I came across people saying it needed coding. What about using a steering wheels with the shift paddles on eBay from Spain, would they work?

Different markets have different setup so coding part may or may not be necessary - you'll be able to check it right after you'll install heated steering wheel and switch.
You can use any steering wheel compatible to f15 x5 with paddle shifters or not - it doesn't matter (btw you can also code paddle shifters to work too if you don't have them). What matters when ordering from ebay is that most of steering wheels from Europe come with single stage airbag (unlike in US/Canada where we have dual stage) and that might need coding too to avoid airbag light on dash - just something to consider. If you already have airbag you want to reuse - then you are good.
