I feel like it might be a nice add-on to my knee pads, wondering how much it would cost me. Is it 51 16 8 059 935?

part # seems right on realoem, prices vary from 306$-342$ with getbmwparts.com being the lowest at 306$ just to be sure you could ask one of there employees Jason@Tischer
