No Airflow from Vents/Defroster

Hello all..I recently installed a Android/CarPlay aftermarket Touchscreen in my 2015 X5.
I removed the battery cables before the installation and after reconnecting the Harman radio unit, vent panel and control panel I no longer get airflow through the AC vents or defroster vents.
I double checked all the connections. The blower works and the fan speed settings on the panel work but none of the airflow directions work now? Any help or suggestions are much appreciated! Thanks, Sarge
