Wheel or brake noise

Hi guys.

I have this squeak noise. When I start it doesn't have noise. After drive while and wheel and brake become HOT, then after I stop, slowly move, I can hear this squeak noise.

Brake pad and rotors are new. I removed and reinstalled it but I still have this noise.
I think it is from front passenger side but I can't find what this is.

What do you think?
Thank you for you guys opinions.

Volume up and when I slowly move, you can hear the noise.

If you only hear it when driving slowly and light brake pressure, my guess would be it's your pads. From there it's most likely one of the many pad contact points (pad material to rotor, pad ears to caliper carrier, pad backing plate to caliper piston, outer caliper to pad backing plate etc.)

I had something similar after installing new pads & rotors (front passenger side, incidentally). Turned out to be warped defective rotors right from the factory. I’d have the rotor checked at a machine shop (or swap them side to side, if they’re non-directional).

Did you lubricate the calliper touch points as required when you installed the pads?

Yes I did. I lubricate the caliper and I have done many times already.
And noise coming without pressure brake pedal. When I release brake pedal and slowly move, noise is coming.

Let me explain history more.
I had this squeak noise so I replaced both front pads to new one. And I still had this noise.
So I removed them again clean again and reinstalled it. However, I still have same noise.
It drives me crazy.
Thank you guys.

If this is happening when the brakes are hot and your foot is off the brake, then you may have a sticking caliper causing light pad to rotor drag.

My rig makes a very similar noise in the winter with very light brake pedal pressure; backing out of the garage or parking space. Cold pads dragging on rotor creates an unwanted a harmonic frequency.

When was the last time you flushed the hydraulics?

Other Items to check:
  • caliper piston boot seal: Look for worn seals or corrosion on the piston
  • floating caliper guide bolts (should NOT be greased): rubber boots sometimes swell or fill with contaminates causing uneven wear and caliper sticking

I never had hydraulic flushed service.
Hmmm
Anyway, someone suggested to replace those guide pins, so I will replace it first and then I will report how it goes.
Thank you guys.
