ACS Exhaust Drone
I'm loving my new exhaust except for the highway drone at around 1800 rpms.
Any thoughts on how to fix. I tried sound insulation in the trunk but that only cut down 10%. Is this something I have to live with or is there a practical solution. Maybe a reasonator? I've asked the distributor to contact ACS but have not heard back. |

Set it to sport mode, it should help. I don't think you'll be able to get rid of it because of the nature of the SUV and it not having a trunk like a sedan or coupe.

I'm glad. I have mine on sport 99% of the time. I Have MPPK. I bet I would make your ACS sound even better.

Keeping it in Sport keeps it 7th gear, hence the higher rpm. Isn?t the ACS an axle back? If so you should have resonators on there still...I could be wrong but pretty certain that is the case. I had this problem with my Meisterschaft Exhaust on my last car and it annoyed the hell out of me
