Love the interior. Love it. And, apparently running against popular opinion, I love the Nav screen. I think it looks great, does not look out of place, and looks totally integrated into the design. Does not look aftermarket at all.

Exterior looks fine, but the interior is just Especially that navigation display, which looks like an aftermarket Garmin stuck to dashboard with Velcro strip Whomever BMW hired as new interior designer (probably some art college drop-out) - they should kick him out. Unfortunately many simple-minded customers seem to lack any sense of aesthetics nowadays (all they look at is the badge on the car's hood - "luxury brand! so others will respect me more when they see me inside! must buy!") so the car will sell well even with such abomination of a design (just like F30 models)... Oh well, there are plenty of other brands to choose from
P.S: This is just my subjective opinion, so you are allowed to disagree with it

I agree with everyone that dislikes the new NAV screen. Looks cheesy and dated. And I can't help but think the motor that puts it up and sucks it down will always break exactly 1 day after your warranty is up. Maybe those types of things only happen to me though...

Everything else looks ok though. I guess I'm more indifferent than anything on this interior.

I'm pretty sure it is not motorized. A few of the pics looked like it could be but, the most recent ones look like all the new cars where it's fixed in place.

Well I guess in that case I'll give it an extra point. I still like the look of the old NAV screen but at least this one isn't as bad as I suspected.

So I guess every new model in the last 2 years has gotten this new screen. Which means the next 5 and 7s will probably get it too. Such a shame.

Have you seen some different pics. Ones i've seen looks like a tablet on
the dash. Not a built in look at all. Are there some other pictures
out there showing a different design

The F15 X5 is expected to weigh less than the current E70 X5 and ride on a modified version of the F10 5 series chassis.

Look for official details on the 2014 X5 details to be released soon.
Hey Jason, the FUTURE page points to a May 2013 internet reveal for the F15, is this still accurate? Thanks.
