My Donington X5m

Hey guys,

New to the forum. Recently purchased a 2016 Donington Grey F85 X5M with Mugello Red interior and low miles. I have ordered matte front and side grills, as well as matte rear badge. I will post updated pics as I get the components. Aside from that, I had two questions:

1. I upgraded from an F15 X5 xDrive 3.5I. I had (still have) Asanti ABL 14's on it, 22x9 in front and 22x10.5 in the rear if I'm not mistaken. Is there any chance they would fit on the F85? I'll admit that I'm no expert on wheels/offset/etc. so if someone could chime in that would be great.

2. I'm interested in aftermarket exhaust but have an extended warranty for next few years. Aftermarket exhaust would clearly void my warranty, correct? Thanks in advance for any and all help.

I believe it was your order then for the Matte Black Fender trim.

To answer your question,

1. The wheels off your F15 will fit with no issue.

2. Your best bet would be Dinan exhaust.

Let me know if you need some other parts.

I like new cars, and when I saw F15 sDrive35i on the lot the first week it was available, I can't resist.

But, after the lease done, I don't feel like driving the same design car.
Not saying the X5M is the same, but driving it, sitting in the same style of interior, just don't cut it for me.

I did the dinan package and will say the exhaust has a great note on the outside, no noise inside!! I also got the stock diffuser painted gloss black and got all gloss black parts.

Question, where did you get that painted reflector? Color seems to be off from all of the pictures that you posted.

I'm not a new member of this community, however I am a new member to the X5M world, and I have this same exact build. I'll post a picture of my baby shortly! I previously had a 15 X5 35i, and a 16 X5 35i M-Sport, and now the 18 X5M and I'm completely in love with this SUV!!!!
