FYI
My deal is 4k off plus an additonal 4k in BMW rebates.
Not the best, but not sure how much I want to push.
Unfortunately your dealer does not value your loyalty by marking up MF from .00156 to .00166

15.47% off MSRP?! Wow. Nicely done.

Who is offering 2.9% APR?

Should mention for those in the U.K., BMW offered me 24% off the list price of a new X5 but they weren’t giving 0% finance (usual I think 4.9%), or 20% off for cash.

Only catch is you have to work for military, police or NHS, but great deal if you are!

And pretty sure these deals are across the range, not just X5s.

I think the 0% APR (if you can find it) are for those wanting to buy stock cars and not made to order.
I managed to get 20% discount 18 months ago with a 25% deposit but I am paying 4.9% APR.

Indeed, I couldn’t order one, had to take a stock car. I didn’t need to put down a deposit for the 24% discount and 4.9% APR. Ended up going through BMW Park Lane with 0% APR.

I think it's because the 2019 G05 X5 is coming out soon and dealers are clearing out the F15 X5 to make space for the new one.

I financed through BMW Financial Services.

But BMW's rate is 4.09% (previously 3.99%). I have not seen any recent 2.9% offer.

I am seeing/hearing discounts of 9%-11% but not something as high as over 15%.

Wish my dealer was offering that.

Yes good discounts but these are UK discounts with some incentives if you take out finance agreements.
The new G05 model is helping clear the last remaining discounted F15 stock cars which are sitting on the BMW forecourts. Not necesarrily the case if you are looking for a made to order.

But the poster's location shows as California, so I assume he bought the car in California.

I checked BMW's site today, they're offering "as low as" 1.9% APR and $3,000 APR credit for SF-Bay area.
https://www.bmwusa.com/special-offer...l-offers-legal.

We also qualified for $1,000 new grad credit, so total rebate/incentives from BMW along are $4,000.

The car is a stock car btw, been sitting in the dealer's lot for ~5 months.

Just bought a new '18 X5 sDrive35i ///M Sport tonight for my Mom here in The Woodlands (autonation dealer). It was only 1 of 4 in the country for sale right now in Carbon Black over Canberra Beige and set was absolutely set on that color combination.

MSRP: $68,195
Sale Price: $56,670 (includes USAA, BMW Finance & Loyalty rebates)
Percent Discount: 16.9% off MSRP
Financed on 48 mo's @ 1.9%

It's been a rainy few weeks here in Houston area and I suspected cars weren't moving. Combine that with the new G05 coming out soon and we got a pretty great steal on this car. Very happy campers!

Im being offered a 2018 50i MSRP $87,895 for $77k after all rebates (about a $7,395 discount + $3500 in rebates on the vehicle) about 12% off total including rebates
MF being .0017 (slightly above the .00166 base but only $5/month more)

10k miles, monthly payment $944 + 9% sales tax = $1030

Whats everyone think?
Its a vehicle on the lot.

I think that is Not a good deal. You should be able to get 12-15% off on that car before incentives.

And where has that been posted?
I see some 35i's being discounted 12-15% but not many 50i's.

I have seen similar postings here of similar deals and over on leasehackr

The 2018's are starting to get into early stages of free fall pricing before the 19's are coming. There are so many 18's around and demo's etc on lots.

In So Cal I am seeing 12+% off advertised pricing before negotiation and incentives.

Unfortunately for me I cant wait till year end. But if you can... You should be able to get that car for zero down and under 800/mo...

there will be people on here who will be able to get a base X5 for in the $400's with zero down. I guarantee it.

$800 is quite a stretch, that would require the price being under $70k for a $88k MSRP vehicle. I personally have never seen that much of a discount on ANY BMW.

Here on the east coast, there wasnt much better. I went with the deal - The other thing was my trade in was given on the higher end with work needed to it. I was offered 14k for my 2012 X5, 80k miles with needing 5-6k work. Another dealer offered me $7k...So I took it and ran.
