Photos from the dealer? You mean to share on here or in case of damage?

That's me totally. I forget to take the money shots! I think my dealer is back in the office tomorrow so will arrange a date once I speak to him.

Nah genuine money shots, the car normally looks so good under the lights at the dealer then post on here so we can admire.

I do like seeing brand new cars

They ain’t cheap either, well, relative to the car they are, but not when you consider it’s just a cargo net and you should have got one free with the car

Oh right. Saw previous threads about this and assumed it was a USA thing...

So it arrived at the dealers - I suspect at the start of the week. But my sales guy is only back tomorrow (thought he'd be back today!) so will need to arrange with him tomorrow which in all likelihood means a collection next week coz they have the whole special event this weekend!

It depends on when they prepared the car, whether they left it under the boot floor, or in the pocket on the left which opens up.

Had a search around, no cargo net anywhere....

Is it definitely included with UK spec?

Going through GAP Insurance options.

ALA quoting me £424 for 3 years and vehicle replacement new for old, car2cover for 3 years is £306 for the same cover... Massive difference.

car2cover offer tyre insurance for 3 years for £294 with 5 claims and 5 puncture repairs, ALA the same cover for £519... Again can't see how there is such a massive difference.

car2cover offer alloy insurance at £162 for 3 years, ALA £326.

Not even looked at dent insurance yet, but wondered how these compare with what you guys have seen. There's such a difference in price makes me wonder about the quality of car2cover.... yet the reviews seem good. I'm always suspicious of "if it looks too good to be true".

Seems pretty good prices. I may got for a longer term for the gap. My finance is 4 years then I might keep the car anyway. Also if you terminate a policy early car2cover will refund the pro rata unused premium.

Do wonder of alloy cover is worth it with these tyres? Is it easy to damage the alloys?

I have had the car for 16 Months, not a single scratch or dent or anything on the alloys.

Guess it depends on how you park

More like how the other half does.... I did get the impression the tyres were big enough not to curb easily. My 330 curbs very easily if somebody is not paying attention!

Thursday seems a very long time away, this week is really going to drag!

Generally fairly easy to keep undamaged, however seated high up, parking can be a little hair raising sometimes
I have kerb mine once in 18 months, and that was in a Multi storey carpark with narrow ramps

£162 for 3 years is pretty good. A single Refurb limit is £100 and up to 3 claims a year with £10 excess.
