Saw this color on the X5M at the LA Auto Show. I believe it looks lighter in-person than in these pics. So if you're thinking of getting this color be sure to see it in-person before you make a decision.

Some of you have quoted space grey. It's very different than space grey in that it's much more metallic and it's significantly lighter. It doesn't have the purple that space grey had - it's more brown/silver. So be sure to see it in-person, as I didn't think it was similar to space grey at all when I saw it in-person (which was disappointing because I really liked space grey!).

That rear end doesnt do it for me...the front end is okay. Never really got use to the fogs integrated into the bumper on they're X lineup.

Yes fog lights are back. I have them on my 2003 X5 and they look great!!! Improves visibility and safety on those foggy days too!

That, is one of the best colors BMW has come up with in a long time. Its somewhat reminiscent of the liquid metal paint look on the 918 or Alubeam. It doesn't look too washed out in the sunlight and actually has some depth. The wheels need to be two tone though, all back = no contrast but all silver = not enough contrast. Maybe hyper silver...

That appears to be a Euro-spec X6 M, notice no orange front reflectors.

The US does not get several X-series "black" wheel options, so maybe we won't get them on the X M-series as well? Time will tell.
