Any good dealer in Houston that you received a good deal from? Would be happy to hear in the market to close the deal.

Huh - not sure what that entails - let us know when you have more details.
Usually you just need to have someone in the same household that owns or leases the same brand. So as Z said, make a credit card billing address be a family member's that has a BMW. My mother got a Hyundai loyalty this way because my sister had one and still had some bills going to my parents house. I did think you needed the same last name though, but maybe not.

You cant go wrong with Steve Thomas. Set up my earlier European delivery through them. Easiest car purchase ever. Worked with Francesca though.

I am about to order my X5 sDrive 35i in the next few days. With my current configuration the MSRP would be $76,325. Offer I got so far is only $2K off of MSRP + $1K loyalty. :-(

My price in Canada

35d with premium package, running boards, 20" rims.

I got it slightly over invoice. I have fleet discount and a voucher from a x5 drive event. Plus 5% off msrp. Couldn't get loyalty discount because my m3 was CPO (only 6 months old when I bought it).

Overall I'm pretty happy even though I feel I should've received some sort of loyalty since I already own a BMW. Maybe it's because I bought my m3 fully and I'm not financing or leasing through them. Therefore I'm not loyal to their interest payments.

Multiple security deposit.

For each security deposit equal to your monthly payment rounded off to $50, your MF is reduced by .00007. So you reduce your net MF and you get your deposit end of the lease.

I have hard time calculated $749 for net cap 72k. Any other discounts after your negotiated selling price?

Mine selling price is close to 60.5k and it comes to 720 pm.

I didn't negotiate anything. Don't know anything about MF. I paid 5000 refundable deposit. I had loyalty and 1k driving event. I got this deal from my private dealer. Dealerships wanted about 200 per month more plus more out of pocket.
