A bit? More like 3" those offsets are shit for stock wheels on M sport package cars BMW screwed the pooch for 11" rears

Is that 469m wheel and Dunlop Sport Maxx summer tire? In snow? NYC has its upsides but if the snow really falls I'd be interested how big of a snow bank you can still drive away from.

No factory tire you get from BMW has rim protection. You can get a beefier tire yourself or do as some others like Baunton have done and invest in alloy gator rim protection guards.
