Emergency parking brake button

Has anyone had to replace the emergency parking brake button? No idea how, but mine has developed a crack on it.

This comes as a whole switch...the button isn't sold separately...at least not from BMW. You can try the internet (like Alibaba) to see if someone has a knock-off replacement button. Other than that, looks like the entire switch will need to be replaced.

Great find (I think). Looks like you can get them in black, too...there were other vendors selling black covers when I scrolled down the page:

Thanks for finding. Mines been cracked for awhile and haven’t bothered replacing as didn’t think it was worth replacing the whole switch for it. But for $11 I think I might do it. Do you guys know if it’s the short feet or long feet? Not sure how reliable their build dates listed on it are.

Wondering the same thing. Also, wondering how hard it is to pop out the button without breaking anything.
