That car is ugly outside and it just got even more ugly inside. I agree with MysticBlue - the nav screen concept is awful. Who on earth thought of that idea for BMW. Show them the door before they do any more damage.....Please!!!

For some reason I have absolutely no problem with the non retractable screen. I think it looks sexy as hell
I don't like retractable screens because once the car is off the "screenless" interior looks old |

we should expect better from BMW. If BMW charges for top luxury and cutting edge technology and design then it needs to produce some "new" elegant inteior, not some 10 year design with minor updates... just my opinion

With that said, I hoped BMW would've ditched the double vent, but it seems like they kept it. Aside from that, looks much more cleaner and more sharp vs. the X5, although was nice at the time, had way too much dash. Can't wait for the press/promo photos. |

I don't like the "Audish" nav screen.
Or the exteriour. The E70 certainly holds it's own, pretty fresh design still imo. I guess i need to see it in RL first.

So what's is up with the screen?
Are we going back to 90's where things just infiniti came up with pop up navigation? Freaking gross. I understand the effort to shrink the size of the dash but this is just so gross.... |

Oh look! Another iPad look alike sticking out of the dashboard. That looks absolutely hideous. If I wanted it to look like I had a Garmin and not a nicely integrated screen I would buy a Garmin.

I actually like the inside much better than the older models. I had an 08' x5 and even though the interior was nice. This is much better.
Lots of people that bought the older model recently are the ones that won't like it. But overall. I would jump on this if I got rid of my 550. |
