How will you fix these deep scratch ? Alternatively how much is the from low bumper part?

CF lower trim is anywhere from $500-1200 depending on quality. You could just get some white paint and try and fill in the scrapes. Won't look great but better than what you got.

Its on the bottom of front and not that noticeable so try this..

Sand it out, use some building primer, sand it out again then use the Aerosol touch up kit in your matching color. Its about $ 75.00 for the entire Aerosol kit.

Does it looks like smooth and blending in factory paint after being applied for small area (for the spray can/pen) or looks a bit patchy?

Practice with a spray out card to get the top coat right if it has a pearl or metal flake in the paint. Mask off areas that don't need paint. You have some natural body lines you could use for your painted touch up. Don't go above this contours.

Wet sand between coats and even the clear coat. Then just buff to a shine. Not notable to an untrained eye when done.
