I think there is also $2000 lease credit?
Sad to see BMW drop below 60% in 3 years. Does anyone have historic residuals of X5? The reason I am asking historic numbers is because I wanted to know if they go more aggressive towards end of the year- Based on current numbers if I re-lease the exact same build I would have to pay more, which also makes me rethink if I should be sticking with X5 for 3 more years, especially with X7 on the way and potential new X5 by end of '18.

Op, I see you are in Boston, and I just got the following email this morning for a July event that gives you a $1,000 credit towards you next BMW in July and valid thru Oct 2017.

Congrats, great job. Is that after all incentives/credits? (aka Adjusted Cap Cost before taxes?) When I run the numbers, I am seeing $855 with about %6.25 taxes on lease payments which is amazing for 72k MSRP vehicle with only paperwork, 1st month & acquisition fee at signing, I forgot if MA charges tax on MSRP or just payments, though.
