Hi Guys,
I am trying to add my vehicle on the BMW portal, after i add my VIN number i get this message, "The security code has been sent to your vehicle. You will find it in the ConnectedDrive menu under "Messages". The security code is valid for 4 hours only. If you cannot enter the code within 4 hours, please request a new security code after that period has expired." But i am not receiving any security code on my vehicle and i do not have any thing call "Messages" under the connectedDrive Menu. can any one let me know how can i get the "Messages" Thanks. |

Did you complete the initial call to BMW Teleservices? It might be that the connected drive options need to be activated by BMW. If you haven't called, hit the SOS button in the ceiling console and have the agent make sure all your teleservices are active.

I can't get the call go through the teleservice, I tried hitting the sos button screen gets stuck at calling, may be its not supported in my country.
