Interesting info, but I dont think is expensive, this is a world class racetrack, maybe #1, considering you pay only 30 euros to use it, of course closing the track is expensive but as a lawyer´s bill every thing, minute by minute is charged.

Car racing is not cheap, so the cost to repair what you messed up seems reasonable. If you are ruining the fun for other drivers by having the circuit closed it makes sense they need to recover those costs and pay everyone that cleans up the bits and pieces.
