BMW X5 599M vs Vossen VFS2 Wheels - for M sport model
Trying to decide between the two wheels. Any preference?
Here is a popular pic from Vossen website on an X5 And the 599M Wheels 1. I'm really liking the 599M wheels, but want to know if they are available in 22"? I could find only 21" wheels, and I want to go atleast 22" staggered. 2. The Vossen's are ofcourse 22", also they are slightly wider (which I like) compared to the 599M. 22x10.5 and 22x12. Looks like the 599M's are 21x10 and 21x11.5? 3. I want to add 295 width front tires and 335 rear. Can the 599M wheels handle 335 wide or can they do not more than 325? Vossen for sure - my CVT's are on order-going with gloss graphite they have to custom powder coat as the 22mm don't come in that color apparently -but they are powder coating for free-great warranty on these wheels....I love the look as well....

I'm leaning towards Vossen too. Pls share your pictures once you have them.

599 Every day if you ask me.
Vossen makes the car look like a car from Fast and Furious. Choose them and add some green light under the car and you are ready for the movie. |

I actually has the VFS1 on my M sport , if you like I will take some photos to let you see how the offset look like with Vossen. I have 21inch 310m on my car before changing to 22inch Vossen due to limited choice of tyres with 21inch and more aggressive offset which OEM wheels can only achieve with spacers installed

Nice choice. For me, the aftermarket choice would be the P101's from HRE.

I recommend the HRE as well if you're not going for the OEM+ look.

I'm not a fan of aftermarket wheels, but if I would do it, then it would be either HRE or BBS. They seem to be the most reputable.

Looks great, these are the VFS1's right? Definitely 335 is the way to go on the rear.
