Which one is better for increasing sound?

Which one is better for increasing sound?

I have limited budget ,can not do both of MPPK and MPE . If just pick one, which one is better for increasing sound? I know MPPK can get more driving experiences,I might do MPPK later. Right now,I just want to increase sound.

Thanks for your suggestions

I think selling the six cylinder and buying a V8 is probably your best bet.

I cannot comment on the MP... stuff. I now have what you have, previously the X5 v8.
Still happy, but sometimes miss sound and power of V8. Actually P1et has interesting comment, back in 2013 the price difference from I6 to V8 was $13k Canadian. Bargain compared to the second cheapest place USA. Wheels are very expensive outside North America. Anyhow, hope you get your proper fix, MP... ( max pleasure)

MPE is strictly for sound.
MPPK is mostly for the performance upgrade ( hp/tq ). I think MPPK adds the popping sounds when letting off the gas.

Here is a clip of my X5 35i in stock

Here is another clip with MPPK installed only for comparison. Not a whole lot of difference. I think you can hear a slight burble towards the end of the clip.

Now... Here is a few clip with MPPK and MPE installed

My buddy has the MPE without MPPK and his exhaust sounded just as good if not any better than mine.

Try downloading the free app BimmerLink for iPhone, there is an adjustment to leave the exhaust flaps open. You will need a $17 vGate OBD II adapter, but it's well worth it.

You get some great engine sound from just that easy adjustment. And if you don't like it, it's easily reversible !
