The E70 is better from the side profile. That's about it

i think it looks absolutely fantastic - way more angled and sporty without being excessively styled and adding much bulk

E70 takes the cake for me, but could definitely get used to the F15. I feel the same about all new BMW models, bittersweet but then I start to warm up to it. Except the F20; that thing will always be hideous.. Overall I like the new subtle changes!

neither. the E53 still looks better then the E70 or this new model. E53 looks classy. while the newer ones look like SUV's trying to be a sports car.

Can't beat those Style 214 Y-Spoke wheels on the E70.

Interior is 100% better on the new model.

I kind of like the old roof spoiler on the E70 better without that side connector piece...

barely noticeable differences but once I see make the new car look weak/cheap/blah. The only advantages are invisible - better MPG, bigger, new tech... not my type of car though...

The interior is such a HUGE improvement! I'm not sure why people are not like the front. It looks so much more compete, aggressive and gives it that all-terrain look.

barely noticeable?? someone give him some glasses. the F15 looks bigger and yes "bloated X3" compare to E70. the interior does look better but i prefer the external look of e70. I agree the MPG is the invisible difference.

Interior is better on the f15,The exterior on the other hand is awful and repulsive. Those headlights...seem like they forced them to join the grill.Well done BMW ..you guys are trying really hard to make it easier for audi.

i swear that BMW & Mercedes designers for the X5 and the ML350 collaborated on the revision look of the new models. they both looked much bigger and feel less sporty SUV. sum it up, damn ugly.

I love the e70 but it's funny how seeing them side by side makes it look dated already.

The interior is gorgeous, I love the stitching on the dash/upper doors, the aluminum extending all the way to the edges, and the nav screen.

The one thing I notice is that the rear fenders on the e70 are more flared and therefore more aggressive looking. M sport may address the more aggressive look on the new one.

Overall I think the exterior will grow on my and look better in person. I hope is drives like the e70

Look how much more athletic the stance of the E70 is compared to the F15.

Wheels at the corners, plenty of camber, wide tires, sheet metal stretching to meet the wheel arches... What happened? Why did BMW move away from that aggressive design? The F15 looks pudgy in comparison.
