So i'm trying to get my carplay to fullscreen, but apparently i need "NBTevo_X“ or “NBTevo_Y". I have "NBTevo_N", is there a way to upgrade this to X or Y or is this hardware related?

You would have to flash Head Unit with latest psdzdata full. But you can have CarPlay Full screen on your current NBTevo_N version. PM sent.

Alternatively, if anyone in the Toronto area could help me do a single VO coding change, I would very very much appreciate it. I have Bimmercode, but what I need to do (enable TPMS) is only possible in E-Sys (which is challenging since I don't have the right cable or laptop, mine's a Mac without Ethernet port).

Hi,
I have coded using bimmercode but to enable RDC for the X5 I need to code the DSC module which can't be done on bimmercode. I know it can be done on E-SYS, could someone please assist me in getting the files so I can set it up. I have the instructions via this forum to get the DSC coded, just stuck on the software / token / launcher end. Thanks in advance.

Is there a way to remove the DSC from my car through Esys by coding the DSC or uninstalling the ECU through a TAL file without throwing errors to make the car think it doesn't have a DSC installed?

Why in the world would you want to do that, you ask? I'm troubleshooting an issue with my VTG. Every time I reset the VTG or the DSC ECU (Through ISTA), I get a Parking brake reduced error, then an ABS error. I suspect the DCS unit is failing but there are no codes stored. The reason it's an issue is I cannot calibrate my VTG (after transfer box replacement) because of the errors. I'm hoping that if I can fool the computer into thinking there is no DSC, I can calibrate the VTG.

Newbie here, I installed the oem wiring and trailer module and now need to code it. I would have gladly paid the dealership a reasonable fee for this service, but I'm sure everyone on this thread already knows how that goes...

So I figured fine I'll just buy a cable and do it myself then. But I may have been overconfident in my ability to find the right software. I did find the esys installer (3.33.0-53640) and data file but it seems to not have the token part included.

Could I please get the working link for the software?

(Difficulty - I think as a new forum member I can't use PM yet? The alert is a bit vague, says "certain number of post replies...")

Cheat Sheets fell out of favor long ago and were replaced with E-Sys cheat.xml files for use with Launcher / BimmerUtility.
