My 2016 X5 F15 driver window does not auto up

hello
does any one know to reset / re program the F15 X5?
My other 3 windows are all auto up and down, but the driver window only auto down , but not auto up.

please let me know how to reset.

Roll window down & hold button 3 seconds without releasing.
Roll window up & hold button 3 seconds without releasing.
