Sorry guys I was busy... still alive.

GF feels so much better today... even though she slept in the guest bedroom the last 2 nights.

She is supposed to sign up for the boxing class today. They offer 5 intro classes and she committed to do 2 times a week... I will try to be less condescending (her words), but will help her accomplish this goal.

I opened the thread to get a different perspective so thanks for the tips. She is probably stressed a bit with work, but she needs to be more active when she gets home. She will not be traveling for the next two weeks so we will see how it goes.

Hard to get rid of live ins, sounds like neither of you guys are perfect for each other for now...but if she is working so much it sounds as if she might be providing financial assistance or might be capable. Some of us have traipsed off to work for years leaving the wife to handle the kids and and the housework. Maybe get some help in that regard and hire a maid service. Second, buy her some flowers and a great bottle of champagne, open it and see what happens.

Unfortunately nothing more to add to the bedroom... my access is temporary suspended.

We work/live in the city. Uber is more convenient and cheaper. $5-10 Uber ride vs $30 parking. She has a car, but we rarely drive maybe 2-3k miles a year.

I paid 350 to detail the car so yes I want to enjoy it over the weekend when we finally get some sun. Again, $5 Uber vs me paying $30 for car wash tomorrow and wasting another hour of my time.
Beater car is not an option as I would have to buy another parking space (40k+) plus assessment and taxes.

She is a pretty private person and would not appreciate that.

We are both financially independent and maintain separate accounts. We just spilt shopping and going out/entertainment bills. I pay all home related bills as I had this place before her. Money is not an issue here, we can maintain our lifestyle without the other person.

Cleaning is not a big problem, but I will look into cleaning service. Also will get her flowers tomorrow. Thanks

This is code for she found someone who lets her live rent free. Sleeps in a different room. You have a permanent guest, not a girlfriend. It sounds like she is taking advantage of your thirst or kindness and you are falling for it.

You've set expectations of getting married. Perhaps in her mind she's still working her @ss off and living in a relationship which has stalled. She may not be sure that you can pick up the slack if u guys marry and start a family. This i especially true if she's in her 30's because her "market value" as an attractive mate is decreasing daily and "The Wall" is fast approaching. Have you guys set any life goals
together? If not do yourselves a favor and take serious appraisal of the relationship. If it's not going to work out take some minor inconvenience now and go your seperate ways.
There's a monster under the floor and delay just feeds that monster making it get bigger and bigger where the problem becomes a huge inconcenience (eg, divorce, alimony/child support, bankruptcy)

Or do nothing if you enjoy pain in your life and aren't particularly concerned about, potentially, having an as l fulfilling life as possible.

my dude if im being honest, i have to side with Alfisti . i do agree that you *could* approach her a bit easier but if she sleeps on the couch/other bedroom/whatever when she's living with you as a girlfriend then yeah it might be time to move on.

you want different things than she does and that's perfectly fine, but why spend your time on being a people pleaser or just feeling like shit because they won't please you (physically and mentally)? from here just the fact that she won't even sleep with you on the same bed as a live-in girl friend is pretty red-flagish, definitely cut losses and move on.
