spare tire storage area

is there a tray or something that's made for this area for additional storage. I have floor mats, jumpers and owners manual here... but it's so much space I'd like to better utilize.

Has anyone seen (or made) additional storage options for this area?

Please ignore the dirt

Never seen a storage system in there and realoem.com doesn't show anything available. A lot of owners, myself included, store an OEM spare tire in there, which takes up the entire space.

I wouldn't say it takes up the entire space. I have the spare, a 12v tire pump, and tow strap in there with plenty of space remaining. I'm interested in fitting a folding shovel in there, maybe a small hatchet as well, and there should be room for these items.

By entire I just meant there isn’t much room in there for anything else other than perhaps a few small items, definitely not a set of floor mats like OP mentioned. My OEM spare seems to take up most of this space.

my X6 came with run flats, so no spare set up.. it's just a big empty space.
