ISTA+ 2C3200 Swirl Flap Actuator mechanically Faulty (Lever Broken)

Hi Teo. Sorry to ask a stupid question. I have a B37 with swirl flap issues and mechanic has suggested buying the whole new plastic intake. Looking around at various forums it seems like removal of swirl flaps is an inexpensive solution. Does your print below eliminate the need to remove swirl flaps as it forces them to stay open or does your part stop the need to put a screw in to set the stop point of the actuator?
