Best Custom Tune? (BM3 or go local ECC)

Looking to finally tune my ECU and TCU.

For TCU I will probably go with XHP, but for ECU I'm looking to have a custom tune done to slightly bump power but play it safe.

Currently running VRSF downpipes and was considering BM3 with a custom tune done by either @F80PAUL or @JordanTuned on ig.

Another option is also going local here in Toronto, with ECC but not sure if I can justify the price tag ($2800+ for ECU $1999+ for TCU).

If anyone has had a custom tune done and could give me some suggestions, I would greatly appreciate it!
