F15 40d swirl, flaps

Hi all

Currently having an issue when first starting the car and Proceeding to drive car goes in limp mode with no boost

Turn car off and on agin and then it drives Absolutely fine,

Had it plugged in and was showing a Swirl flap actuator code

Has anyone come across this problem?

Yes, I was changing intake manifold in M50d due to the same symptoms. I have bought regenerated one from local shop.

As I said, turn the car off and back on, and she drives absolutely fine 🤔

Yes, no issues any more. My intake manifold was full of grease and actuator had some play in the axle. I had about 170 kkm on the clock when I was replacing it.
