Swapping my Lease out and looking for a Good home for it

Hello all,

Hope I'm doing this right. I'm looking for someone to take over my lease on my 2015 F15 X5 M Sport. It's Black Sapphire w/ Black Dakota Leather and loaded with all packages (MS, CW, DA, DA+, Lighting, Luxury Seating Pack, Premium Pack, Adaptive M Suspension, Sunshades, Enhanced Bluetooth and 20" M Wheels (Style 469M)

I also have tons of MP parts on it: Carbon Mirror Caps, Front Splitter, Diffuser, Rear flaps, MPE, Black powder coated MPE tips (Black Chrome), MP illuminated door sills, HG rear spoiler, and all weather rubber floor mats (passenger and cargo).

I'm 7 months in. Its 30K miles for 36 months and I currently have 5200k on the dash. It's garage kept, new condition, hand washed and waxed weekly. Of course it's still in factory warranty and all that good stuff. First oil change at 1700 miles (cuz I don't play that

).

Only reason I'm giving it up is because my family is growing and I'm trying to buy a condo. Would like to transfer sooner rather later. Will post pics but I can take pics daily if you need more :thump:

nice ride, if you would like part out something and back to stock, I would reserve black grill, Carbon Mirror Caps and others items I want.

I'm not asking anything. Just want someone to take over the lease. I know with BMW it's a quick process and the easiest of all manufacturers.

I might have someone interested but no more than 800 a month only bmw transfer fee to be paid by buyer message me....

No. negative equity from previous vehicle

Not sure why someone would just want to assume your previous negative equity on a year-old car. For that monthly payment, I could lease a 2016 X5 similarly equipped.

Assuming they also have the 12k to purchase and install all the M Performance parts as well

those are under warranty by BMW as well

Hey, I'd buy the front lip and rear diffuser straight away if you want to sell them.
