Difference between Adaptive M Suspension and Adaptive Dynamic Suspension?

As the title says really, on a new X5 30d M Sport what does the Adaptive Dynamic Suspension add for your 2,495?

Basicaly it doesn't add something big you only get enforced or electric anti roll bars ... as far as I know both are adaptive suspensions (Dynamic Adjusted Dampers + Rear axle air suspension) but the difference is in the settings that are made. The M Sport suspension is stiffer even in comfort mode a bit harsh and the Dynamic is softer and better for traveling. So in my opinion Dynamic Suspension is just wasted money....
