oil change and filter

Hey guys...

i have quick question about the break-in oil change. when you change the oil, do you also change the oil filter?

no, the filter never needs to be changed, it is certified for 100k miles

Yes. The oil filter is about $12. It is the black cylinder top right in front when you open the engine bay.

When you buy the filter it comes with the 2 0-rings and 1 crush washer that you will need to complete the oil change as well..

I'm pretty sure I read in the manual under Maintenance that if you only drive on concrete roads or at night, the filter change interval goes to @200K miles.

When you change your oil, change the filter brother. All too easy and not expensive. Don't see why you wouldn't want to.

JUst bought a couple of filters and one change of OEM oil for my 335. Going to go change the oil right now.

230 miles. I kinda pushed it for the initial oil change.
