Question HELP:remove the back cover of the driver & passenger seats

Hi guys I need some help on how to remove the back cover of the driver & passenger seats on my E90 330i?? Can someone give me some instruction how to remove that piece?

In my E91 I've changed back panel:
On the bottom you will find small plastic clips, there are two for one panel.
Try to remove them, screwdriver will be helpful. In my car I cut them and replaced them with the new ones (parts no 52201964201). In the back of the panel the are four plastic hooks. Two on the top, and one on each side.
After removing clips push the panel down. And the hooks on the top won't be holding the panel.
Maybe later I try to put the photos of the panel's back.

The two small plastic clips at the bottom are they in the middle or at the coner?
