To me, fronts are way too aggressive and you'll have some poke. Not sure but my hunch is you'd need some camber. Someone else will have to chime in.
Rears are slightly aggressive but will probably be fine with a slight fender roll.
You'll have to change to 3 series tire sizes as well: 235/35 front, 265/30 rear.

Awesome, yeah i thought that the rears shouldn't be too bad. It's the fronts that'll be hard to get right. Thank you for your input man!
