actually M Sport pricing went UP, was $3500 and now is $3900, sad part is they didn't add anything for that change.

11.5% price jump for what reason? thanks BMW

as far the as other changes, as others have said, that's all BS, NOTHING has changed, its only the second model year for X6 and third for X5. Major changes will come in 2017 (2018 model) for X5 and 2018 (2019 model) for X6. BMW has almost always stuck to the 7 year model below:

New model
Year 1
Year 2, tiny changes 99% of people won't notice
Year 3, tiny changes 99% of people won't notice
Year 4, tiny changes 99% of people won't notice
Year 5 LCI (facelift), changes can range from new bumpers, new dash, new engines, options, colors
Year 6, tiny changes 99% of people won't notice
Year 7, tiny changes 99% of people won't notice
New Model
cycle repeats

I just took delivery of a 2016 X6 this weekend, ended up leasing it because of the above cycle. Figured in 3 years when my lease is up the LCI will be out, perfect timing, and I am 99.9% sure the 35i will become the 40i with a small power bump (which will help a lot in this heavy beast). Had I bought it last year I probably would have purchased it and kept it for 4-5 years and then gotten the LCI version on a lease until the new model comes out. All about planning for your future cars, LOL
