Are you trying to fix it yourself?
As far as I know touching up is just not an option since the wheels use tinted clear coat. The whole wheel will have to be painted. I just paid $150 for someone with experience to do it, seemed like too much work.
Most rim repair places will be able to match the silver without having paint code.
