Part # is for the front is 36-11-6-796-149, and I see 2 for the rear, not sure what the difference is, specs looks the same - 36-11-6-796-150 & 36-11-6-796-151. No longer sold as a set new so you'd need to buy individually ($$$$) or wait for a used set to pop up, which they do occasionally.
