I think he means the Do Not Disturb while driving mode when your iPhone connects to the cars Bluetooth. I have mine set to manually since I got tired of just always tapping I'm not driving to turn it off. I'm going to try going back to Automatic or when connected to Car Bluetooth to see if that fixes it.
